For the fifth year in a row, the Associated General Contractors of Michigan recognized Newkirk Electric for its outstanding safety performance for the 2018 calendar year.
Annually the Associated General Contractors of Michigan announces the winners of their Michigan Outstanding Safety Performance Awards. Companies are assessed based on their annual incidents and injuries vs. hours worked. Newkirk Electric was recognized for the fifth consecutive year with a Silver Award in the Division V category along with five other contractors. Newkirk’s subsidiary Lakeland Electrical Services was also recognized with a Gold Award in the Division III category.
