Newkirk Electric has been partnering with Consumers Energy since the mid 1960s and this year we represented the $1 billionth dollar that Consumers Energy spent in the State of Michigan as part of an overall pledge to keep dollars in state.
Newkirk Electric has been working for Consumers Energy on its electrical and communications infrastructure across the State of Michigan since the early 1960s. So it is fitting that this year, one of Newkirk’s projects represented the $1 billionth dollar that Consumers Energy invested in the State of Michigan as part of the utility’s overall commitment to keep dollars in state and increase jobs. Newkirk was very proud to be a part of the commitment and results. The company’s VP of Operations, Tom Anton, received an award at the Consumers Energy/MEDC Supplier Summit held at GVSU Eberhard Center on April 16th. See Tom’s comments here: Supplier Summit Comments
