Union Positions
Newkirk Electric is a Union contractor who has been partnering with IBEW trade professionals for decades. We value our trade partners as individuals, not just a number. Newkirk hires through the union referral process in the jurisdictions we are working in and have agreements with local unions across the Midwest. For current members, please call your local union affiliate or visit the Electrical Training Alliance to locate a program near you.

Future Outside Line or Substations apprentices can visit the Local 876 website to learn more about the opportunities throughout most of Michigan.
